So, I got all my new things yesterday for my PC, They came today as I payed for.

Here are the things i got before move onto the problem:

700w power supply
Artic freezer 7 pro rev2
Antec 300 case

The other things don't matter, They aren't hardware.

So, I put all of it together hook it up to my T.V via VGA. And my T.V says no signal.. I've tried almost everything now. It's starting to annoy me. Cost me around £198 to get this stuff.

Anyone have any ideas?

Have you got it connected to your GFX card instead of your MOBO?

Seems like your motherboard is bad.

It fucking worked this morning, it cannot be that.

My friend said it was the bios battery and I may have to get a new one.. WHY.

It's not my motherboard. My PC is running fine. There just isn't video. Tried new cables etc.

Just because it worked this morning doesn't mean shit.

Try this: take your ram out of your motherboard. Turn your system back on. If it beeps, then your motherboard is more than likely working because it knows that there is no ram and will not post. If it doesn't beep, then your motherboard is probably gone.

Also you can try resetting cmos settings.

Here is a good page for troubleshooting: http://motherboards.mbarron.net/testing.html

I don't get it, My motherboard can't be fucked. I didn't do anything >_>

If it is, I'm going to go mental. Also I tried that ram test and it didn't beep but I have the speaker in my hand and have no idea where it goes

I'm guess your motherboard got integrated graphic. Try connecting your motherboard to TV and booting it up.

Done that like 100 times now. Doesn't work.

Some people are saying it's my bios battery, some say it's my motherboard. Maybe both, or my graphics card is fucked. UGH My luck is unbelievably bad.

Did you try plugging it into the wall?

Try taking out every thing you installed then Putting all the old stuff back in See if it turns on and works
And if it does Just install every thing one at a time

The speaker usually has 3 pins, and it will plug in to a 3 pin plugin on the board. Just look around. If you weren't experienced in hardware, then you should have gotten someone else to put it together for you. Go to your local computer repair store and ask if they have any cmos batteries you can have. Make sure the fans power on on the graphics card.

Is there another desktop you can try putting your graphics card in to test? I'm assuming it's PCIe so make sure that other computer supports that .
