The speaker usually has 3 pins, and it will plug in to a 3 pin plugin on the board. Just look around. If you weren't experienced in hardware, then you should have gotten someone else to put it together for you. Go to your local computer repair store and ask if they have any cmos batteries you can have. Make sure the fans power on on the graphics card.

Is there another desktop you can try putting your graphics card in to test? I'm assuming it's PCIe so make sure that other computer supports that .

I am hardware literate, but I've never had to put in a fucking internal speaker before. it's kind of ridiculous. And no I don't really have another one.
