Before I begin, This is my personal opinion.

For the last month or so, Forum Korner has just seem so much more unorganized, I feel that not much is getting done.

I have noticed it more then ever, Christy has been off for 5 days, Right now, I can count at least 8 threads on the first page in the dashboard in the wrong section.

It seems the current mods/staff are not doing much. It is really sad that they take the responsibility and can't even handle it.

I earned so much respect for Bowser, He acted so mature and stepped down because he know at this moment he was not able to do it.

I just feel that there are so many others that are willing to put the work in and get everything done. It is sad to come to a site with everything in the wrong place.

When someone see's something in the wrong section, someone else is going to post in the wrong section too.
 
The two staff members do a lot, mods can only deal with their assigned section. Its whoever moderates the dashboard is the one slacking. Don't blame all the mods/staff.
 
I agree with this 100%,
I feel as if more time should be dedicated to the mods and staff. I have heard that moderators have questions, but it's hard to get them answered with inactivity.

I know Christy is just busy, so I'm not going to mention her, we all have lives and I can understand that.

I do also agree with you saying that we need to boost the mods activity or recruit some new ones soon.

Like I said, I'm stating my opinion. Its not just the dashborad its FK in general, I was using the dashboard as an example.

It has gone downhill, ever since Christy has been in-active. Since Bowser has stepped down, I personally think Brenton should be the new person for the Market Section.

I didn't want to make it look like I'm stalking her, sorry.
I just assumed she was busy with some real life stuff.
 
We need more active and better staff who know what they're doing
 
This is one of the best threads I've seen in awhile. I agree that not much has been getting done. It seems like everyone with authority has been inactive or might I say, even lazy. I understand that everyone has shit they have to do and take care of IRL, but I just feel that the site has been suffering a bit lately. Step it up staff!

Busy with real life stuff? How is that when she can't even fit through her door to go outside.
 
Staff know what they have to do. It's pretty sad that I never get the help I want from other. You think it's easy being Staff? It's not. This is a volunteer work. We can't be 24x7 online. That's why we have area MODS. Rather than ranting, you can always PM a Staff Member about Moderation. Also, we can't appoint everyone as Staff or Mods. Every Staff member does their part. Although I admit that Superman & Christy have been inactive. Also, new MODS will be appointed ASAP.
 
All of us Mod/Staff do the best that we can. As for us Mods, we do what needs to be done in out section.
 
OP, Jimmy and SuperKirby are constantley working their butts off i can vouch for that. As for the mods they only moderate a certain section so whoever it is moderating the section that's unorganized it's THEIR fault. If they need help, why not ask staff because they're piled with work? I'm sure Jimmy or SuperKirby would help.

As for the original post i agree somewhat. It's not all the mods' fault, but i do believe some do little to nothing that i can tell. We do need some new mods but it's nothing us regular users can do anything about because in the end it's Phillys decision who gets promoted. With that said i can only hope that one day Phantom, Leafs, and Chronos could only get promoted again because when they were promoted shit got done! Now if Jimmy, SuperKirby, Chronos, Leafs, and Phantom were all staff that would be a killer forum team! Call them the Fiendish 5

I did what all 6 of you did with no help AND NO SECOND ADMIN while I had a 'personal life' Honestly all you staff just bitch about shit and dont do shit to make your life easier. You procrastinating fucks. If you guys all did your job properly without bitching there wouldnt be as much of a work load. For Fucks Sake Man, me and zeus were just talking about this yesterday. You guys take 3 days to handle what would take a good staff member 10 minutes to handle. Get your facts straight, i guess thats what happens when the entire staff team comprises of 6 15 year olds (or younger) an automaton of an admin and Philly(No disrespect Philly is the only one who actually does shit on this forum). If you guys started following the ACTUAL FORUMKORNER RULES instead of what you guys believe is right and wrong you wouldnt be bitching as much, these kind of responses fucking sicken me.

Oh! really Quad? I'm really tired of hearing how much you had done and how much logs you had. Coming to logs, I have the highest Logs after Philly, indicating how much Moderation work I have done than the veterans or any other Staff Member. No offence to any Staff but I'm not here to show who does more work. Just because we don't get to any specific thread that he/she might want Moderated, doesn't mean we don't work. Myself, Justice & Kyle are active everyday and we go through each and every report, ASAP. We have lives as well. Don't forget it.
 

Just wondering, where can we see these logs? I only really see you removing rep and closing threads.

also the fact that you have more logs than me is negligent because the logs i have are probably more significant and over a shorter period of time. LOL!

Finally, dont talk to me about lives, i play fucking provinicial soccer go to university and still had more than enough time to deal with FK shit. I guarantee my life is and was more hectic than yours.

And the post was towards all staff not just you. also trust me you guys need to do proactive work not report retroactive work, thats the reason fk is a fucking mess.

The only thing i can respect is that you didnt give me a warning for my post and replied to me like a man.
 
i completely agree.. we neeed more active staff.
