Can't you find his address from the payment he sent you over ebay? Like they give you the address of him on the ebay profile, unless he used a fake address lol.

He contacted his credit card company to issue the chargeback
#imfucked.

yup :/ $500 in the last month.
i'm done with paypal unless i'm buying. gonna set up LR for when I sell.
fed up of this shit.
and to make stuff worse. the company I work for is going into Administration = no job. the $240 from these coins was gonna pay off my credit card that i used out of desperation.

no chance in getting it back as it was chargedback through their credit card company and not paypal.

I also have some proof against him in the form of messages sent between us on eBay (the coins weren't sold via eBay as eBay restricted my selling about to 650 gbp a month so he sent me the payment as a gift via paypal)​

Check his paypal for an address, if you have an address, UPS him "anything" and add the tracking number to the paypal dispute ... in the letter or whatever it is that you send, just include a receipt for electronic goods, and include whatever proof you can. This will give you the best chance to keep your money ... good luck!

me and Quad did this, we got the payment changed from gift to goods. then got an address so we could add a tracking number, but the chargeback was done through this fucker's credit card company, not paypal themselves = me fucked.
