I also have some proof against him in the form of messages sent between us on eBay (the coins weren't sold via eBay as eBay restricted my selling about to 650 gbp a month so he sent me the payment as a gift via paypal)​

Check his paypal for an address, if you have an address, UPS him "anything" and add the tracking number to the paypal dispute ... in the letter or whatever it is that you send, just include a receipt for electronic goods, and include whatever proof you can. me and Quad did this, we got the payment changed from gift to goods. then got an address so we could add a tracking number, but the chargeback was done through this fucker's credit card company, not paypal themselves = me fucked.
