Sorry for the late post, But I thought I'd say Congrats on the new group Chill. I hope to see a successful resurrection of one of, if not the best group on the website. Also, Brilliant userbar.

The requirements say you need to be voted on by the members here I'm assuming, or just be HQ in general.

I was in Exile with Chill before, but i'll put my opportunity down. Does anyone want to vote for me?

First, you need to PM an existing member starting why you want to join. Then, that makes posts a thread about you in SubForum. And finally, we decide.
