How about crafting?
I know that you're fairly wealthy in RuneScape and Crafting requires a bit of cash.
Although, it is a very fast skill to get 99 in.

Another good choice would be Construction.
It is expensive as well, but, it yields 300K+ exp an hour.

Then you could host RuneGear house partys ;D.

Automatic, you have a fair bit of money from RuneCrafting, like PedoBear said, you should get 99 Construction.

Yes, you could. In fact, there was a guide to get 99 construction for under 30m.
Crafting is around 80m for 99.

I'd suggest getting either 99 firemaking since its easy or if you want a tougher one step it up to like mining or dungeoneering

To be honest, if you have the cash, make a pure. You can bank 99 range for about 29m and mage for about 25m.

I already have a pure, 94 mage (DT done), 60 attack (got claws) and 82 range (need to train). Oh, and 94 strength.
