People believe nukes are bad, but a nuclear bomb actually does what CARPET BOMBING does. It kills people.
It's just one bomb. In WWII, carpet bombing did more damage and killed MORE people than the two nukes combined did.
Nuclear bombs are just a QUICK way to win a war and actually REDUCES casualties over the long run. Bombing kills more.
War also starves a civilization of needed resources, like food.

IT leaves a radioactive foot print where the bomb landed

Force Recon - 400 (officers and enlisted)
Delta Force - Which is classified.

Then the United States Marine Corps -
202,779 active (as of October 2010)
40,000 reserve (as of 2010)

List goes on...

We also have the worlds largest Navy, that controls the air as-well. Plus, the Air Force being the biggest in the world.

A. They practically walked into Germany without anyone else in WW2
B. Their country is at least twice the size of America
C. If America were to try to invade Russia come the first winter America would be wiped out.
D. America has only ever won two wars. They lost to a bunch of Iraqis who live in caves.

I could probably find more but in an all out war there is no way America could beat Russia.
