Yes, staff would notice the IP change, but in due time and by the time they search the IPs and find out he is indeed compromised, he would of already done necessary on his account (That being the deletion of the awards).

If they aren't insanely special then why would a plugin or feature get added for it? Also, if something like this happened, and staff would have to add them all back, wouldn't it be less work for them if you manually asked them to remove awards?

Yeye but I'm thinking for our point of view, it's not exactly like we have a lot of ability to do stuff on this site.
