If you lose.. your account will be limited + you will be hounded by paypal and possibly have debt debt collectors ringing your phone and coming to your house. (Idrk about house part xD)

This is why I use fake paypal's and transfer money to my mother's paypal.

If they really wanted to.. they could track your IP and really enforce it. I highly doubt they will tho. You should be fine.. but for now If I were you I'd try and get it settled. You should call paypal and talk to them.

Hmm well I believe that they're now able to withdraw funds from your bank account if your account is in negative balance but I'm not sure if they'll still be able to if your bank account is no longer linked to the PayPal account.

If I were you I would probably close my bank account and open a new one just to be on the safe side.

i was verified , someone payed me for a macbook pro after , they recieved it they claimed that they didnt authorize the transaction and they were hacked

Assuming you are in the red for more than 500, then if you have ever once logged in without a VPN, or had a card linked to it ever, or anything else they will find you and bring you to court. Under that, they really dont care.

100% but they will not do it all of the time, it depends on how long you have been a loyal customer. Also, they give you around 2-4 weeks to fix your balance and bring it to 0 before they do anything.
