I recommendyou call customer support, act nice, polite, friendly, and make sure you mention you are a minor, its a lot of money for you, make up a good sob story, etc. and they might choose not to press charges.

Just depends on the representative and how good your story is. I have won over 100 paypal claims, its just how good you are at it. There is rarely nothing you can do.
