If everything is in your name and you're underage you can contact paypal and get a parent account that is all the right info and have like a student/underage account some shit like that.

I had my girl call PayPal when they did this to me... She was an absolute cunt to the dude on the phone...

He lifted the 6 month / 180 day waiting period to release funds down to 30 days... (The amount locked in was $830.00+)

So call PayPal and be a fucking prick. Tell them they are the worst service ever created. That should get you your money in a maximum of 30 days from the date of that transaction. They won't remove the limitation, but you won't be waiting half of a year for the funds.

I've been limited on 5 PayPal's. I'm banned from signing up. I cannot use any IRL information or they insta-ban me now.
