Paypal or Webmoney ?

I've never heard of webmoney. I've been using PayPal for years and I don't have problems with it.

For some countries paypal is not available or is useless because of there is no storage feature. In such case webmoney or any other payment processor that has storage feature looks good to me.

I use Pay Pal. I have not heard of Web Money. I also have an account with Alert Pay as Pay Pal does not accept money from certain sites. I have not tried to get any money out of my account though. So far I have not had any problems with Pay Pal.
