I am looking for any help on how I can get a new PayPal account verified, i do not have access to a bank account and my accounts keep getting limited when I try to transfer money.. If anyone knows how I can get around this i would appreciate it very much.

Yes but either way I don't have a Bank Account to add so my accounts keep getting limited

Well you see. They make rules for a reason. Get a bank account... There are many many many online banks. Sign up for one.

Anybody know a site where you can get a VCC and have your address under it?
I have 1500 in a limited paypal and to request a check I need to confirm my address with a credit card.
