In your state of mind, technically it can be proven.

How so?

I mean, it could only be proven by yourself. If you are the only one to exist (if you even exist) would it not mean that you could confirm your existence.

This sounds so right in my head, but I don't think I'm describing it right at all.

Makes perfect sense. I suppose then, my idea would be a far more realistic perspective of life (from a scientific point of view) because you know you exist, but you cannot prove that I do or anyone else does.
