I'm 99.99% certain that this is what you've done:

1. Create a fake-ass XBOX One service.
2. Have users send the money to your fake-ass PayPal.
3. Pretend that they'll have there console in a long enough time-frame for you to gather some cash.
4. Make a couple hundred dollars that you send to your other PayPal.
5. Create some bullshit excuse as to why users aren't getting their consoles.
6. Have them charge back on a fake-ass PayPal while you escape with the funds.

Well if that's the case and everybody charged back Paypal would automatically limit the fake Paypal and reverse all the transactions so he's pretty much fucked himself over and left himself limited.
 
I charged back on him after the first scam report was opened, it was sketchy from the very start so it didn't surprise me when it turned out to be fake.
edit: He also didn't make my order until a week later and was happy to take nearly any amount of money from me when I requested other things. Seems he just wanted to get some cash and make a run for it, even made a BS report to PayPal when I was disputing the payment, to which PayPal told me to never deal with him again.
 
I have done one legit deal with this user, and even then it took him a month to give me what he owned me. I just think it's his time to go, he's a nice kid but he's an absolute dipshit.
 
I have loads of proof he scammed me. I will have a rant about it soon.

The two of you should slap up some proof. I'd rather not see him stick around for another day.
