This is just regarding PayPal chargeback, umm there is no way to stop them. Users can always cahrgeback as unauthorized access, if not that, they can call the CC company, and say that they did not make the payment.

You can make the person buying the gold file a claim then cancel it this avoids chargeback issues seeing that you can't file 2 claims in one transaction.
