Post your fond memories of runescape from any point of time in your experience.

One of my memories from when I started in 2005 was experiencing the exploration factor of runescape without knowing too much about what was going on. It was fun to go to the edge of the free to play world (taverly) and look at the members area, and it was fun to get hit by highwaymen and get killed frequently due to the danger there used to be compared to the less danger to new players there is now.

That's only one out of many. Post your memories. The farther back or the most nostalgic the better.

I once went to the barbarian village fishing spot and asked someone how to mine for fish.


He replied, throw a pic axe in the water. This was my best runescape memory of all time.

Haha, I know what you're talking about when you said you looked into the member's area. I use to do that also. I still remember trying to cut trees and make fires etc, until I was lv3 in every skill you trained in the tutorial island.

I really hope they do something with tutorial island since its still right there behind the wizard castle. :/

Those kind of memories are what keep me playing runescape. If I hadn't played runescape years ago and I just discovered it recently, I probably wouldn't be interested.

Story: I decided to try and buy a santa for 1 gp on one of my bad, botting accounts. I put the offer in and left it as just a joke. 6 monthes later I was going through my .txt file of my RS accounts and found that one. I went on it and look.

When I started I bought a rune set and zamorak wine for 500k (which was all I got). Cause they told me when you use the wine on the rune you get Zamorak xD

I remember being with my friends, playing RS in school.

We would walk around and harras little 12 year olds, (we were 12). They would get all cheeped out and shit, I remember a random girl, she was Indonesian and shit she was 11, and way more perverted than us, we got scared and logged out.
