Pretty Heavy Marketplace Suggestion.

I think there should be a sub forum, one for upgraded only and the other for non and upgraded.

It's called the Premium Marketplace to bad it's dead.

I agree with this suggestion if a newer user pays for an upgrade they are support the site so most likely not going to scam. ( Most Likely )

We actually need this suggestion for our marketplace. As some of you may know MS is around banning any tag for sale. Hopefully, if we have this it will stop them...

I completely disagree for several reasons.

1. Members who have a tag cannot post it if they don't have cash to buy the upgrades therefore the GT section may go completely dead.
2. If someone pays $20.00 for upgrades to complete a $100.00 scam they're still making an $80.00 profit.
3. I notice when a random kid who's done nothing contribution wise for the site and posts a thread that they just upgraded their rep skyrockets. Scammers could easily use this to their advantage saying "Look at my rep I'm legit!"
4. If an upgraded members FK were to be hacked what stops the hacker from scamming?

You're trying to prevent something that's inevitable for you or anyone else to go around. Legitimacy online is a joke -- easily used to someone's advantage. Just leave it be because you're not going to prevent scamming. At all.

Idk how I'd feel about this. This means less tags would be passed around because there is new members who sell OG tags for dirt cheap, and then they get resold for like $100 more, but at least it adds new GTs to the market.

Damn, this suggestion has me torn, I can't decide which is best.

Pros:
Less Scams
Less worthless tag threads (assuming the upgraded member is educated in GT's.)

Cons:
No diversity in tags
Potential scammers could still upgrade and perform a scam.

This suggestion should be directed towards the Gamertags subforum only. If implemented in the entire Marketplace, the overall activity would decrease.

We can not afford intentional activity decrements. If this suggestion is to be implemented, it should be under the following conditions:

• Only implemented in the Gamertags subforum
• Onyx must be the minimal upgrade for the circumstance
• The subforum should be visible to non-upgraded users

Philly did something like this in the GT section for a while, but people didn't like it.
