I heard if you have the original serial number the PSN was made on and the original email for the PSN. You can pretty much get it back every time.

There's a lot of ways to secure an active PSN all you need is the original email and a fake credit card but if you jacked with no original info you're basically fucked I jacked 2 active accounts 2 weeks ago that got on everyday and they haven't been able to get them back
