Make it so that it shows some sort of blank pic or something when the user has no Avatar. Currently if they don't have one, it just shows a quare box with 'Avatar' written in the corner.

Fair enough. Displays their user title, displays their username with their colour therefore denoting their usergroup. Also displays online status. I'm sure if you can't look at an image and understand the purpose of what it does, I can't help you any further.
