Reformation of the moderators/staff.

Do you prefer a reformation of the RG Team? (Excluding both The Elite, and Mike.)

I don't really seem a problem with the staff, the seem to handle the forum well and are pretty nice and helpful.

I don't want staff. I vote because I want something done to the current staff. My voting has no influence to do with if I want staff or not. There are other people better suited to fill the position of staff than I am, and I am a long ways off of becoming staff.

If Management reforms the staff, I dont think thy should reduce the amount
of positions because In my opinion, we need staff from all around the world, which we can't potentially achieve with 2 or so staff.
 
There is no need for less staff. The same amount, just different people is fine.

And Mike wont get mad at me.

I personally don't have a problem with any staff member. Many people don't like them, but it comes down to whether they do their job correctly and efficiently. It's like saying you don't like a teacher, but just because you don't like the teacher doesn't mean they do a bad job teaching and should be fired. I mean sure, there should be some sort of standard moderators should follow, but I see no moderator that actually does their job badly.
 
Quack said it perfect, the current mods are doing their jobs just fine. They may get into some drama and people don't like them, but nonetheless they do their job.
 
This is being blown way out of proportion. I voted number 1, but, not because of who the staff are, but because of the time-zones are all close together bar Oxide.

If you count TE and Mike it's pretty spread out.

Most of our member base, to my knowledge, is in America so it's good to have extra staff there.

Coming from a staff member, we have the perfect amount of staff members to handle the work load.
 
I understand where he is coming from, but I don't think reforming the staff is going to help, I believe that The Elite should maybe demote people for a change, and try out other possible replacements, or have backup replacements and such, but I don't think this is a good idea no.
