Remove reputation from banned members

Should reputation be removed from banned members?

I'm not going to go in-depth about this. It's just going to be plan and simple.

Now, I really doubt anyone will agree with this, but I think given reputation should be removed from permanently banned member's as they aren't active anymore and that means nothing.

I just find reputation from banned member's pointless.

I'll make a poll and try to make this happen, although, as I said, I doubt is will happen because this site is filled with rep-whores who love having a lots of rep that means nothing.

I honestly have been thinking the same thing, makes the rep on your account look bad when half of it is from banned members who vouch for you -.-

I'm not trying to start anything Andy but when a member gets banned you are allowed to contact staff to have them remove the neg rep.

Then why not get Philly to so whatever he can do so it automatically removes instead of giving more work to our staff members.

It should be automatic. I felt like asking to get my one neg removed since he was an ignorant scammer, but at this point rep is meaningless. I know new members who have passed my rep count within 3 weeks of joining this site. Now what I think is that rep shouldn't be given out in large quantities, 15+ is what makes others fiend for rep.

You should bring that up with Philly there might be a plug-in for that.


Users that have earned Power+ should be allowed to give out +15/-15 since they have shown they are responsible members of the community.

We should actually do something about since 95% of suggestions that are good never are implemented for one reason or another.

Responsible meaning they have a warning level?
That + only means they've paid for shit on this forum, a group or award, or anything beyond Power.

Also, to the member's who voted no like Lucifer and Pun who didn't leave their reasoning behind doing so, please post why you voted no because, it seems to me that you're just trying to keep all your reputation, instead of doing whats right for the forum.

I am here to sell stuff, and have done so plenty of times.
You had an award, regardless of how it was obtained, you're representing FK more in-depth than those with Power.

I have seen some pretty good suggestions but they rarely get implemented.

Upgrading is contributing to the site, owning a group or an award is going beyond that, which is why you receive Power+(well 99% of them).

There are a couple of Power+ members that do not own awards or groups and It is in our interest to upgrade as that is what helps Philly pay the hosting bills and maintain the site.
