Remove reputation from banned members

Doesnt matter if they are banned, their opinion on you was their opinion, making it valid. Its just rep, it shouldnt be removed unless it breaks the rules.

Plus we now have pardons so if a member is banned, it doesnt mean they will stay banned.

I don't it matters because no one gonna trust a banned member.

This will never happen little kid. Please think of a better suggestion.
