It's hard to know who owns what award due there is no name behind every award.

For example: "Pussy Lovers - For people who are in love with pussy. Given out by Reliance."

It's not hard at all. Just read the description, and if it does not have any specific 'instructions' if you will, then it is likely to be user owned.
