Omfg wing chun, I am being taught wing chun by the grandmaster who trained with Bruce lee, in Melbourne city, he's called Willeum Cheung. It's an honour meeting him.

that's me just taken a few minutes ago. I'm only 13 so not much muscle, but still a lot.
 
Who cares who is stronger?
imo, who can fight better...?
Because honestly muscle slightly contributes to how you use it, you can be the strongest guy in the world and get your ass kicked by a skinny nerdy kid because they know fighting techniques..

That's why I've trained in brazilian jiu-jitsu for the past 11 years (since I was 5) now a purple belt :)

This isn't who can fight the best; It's who is strongest.

If you have muscle mass, doesn't mean you want to fight.
 
Well started last week:

Bench: 70
Squat: 180
Dead lift: 245

This week:
Bench 90
Squat 225
Deadlift 245 (Don't ever do it.)

Weight last week: 119
Weight this week: 125

Anyway, I wouldn't really consider myself strong? But if I was in a fight, I'd probably win it. I've done kickboxing for a few years. I run like 1-2 miles a day to try to keep me in shape, I work out abit, but I'm not really big. :(
 
I maxed today in my gym class but got yelled at for having someone try to record it with my phone.

Bench Max was 245lbs
Squat Max was 310lbs

I am about 5'9"ish, around 190 lbs and 16 years old.

My maxes on each thing are like:

Bench Press: 160 at the moment I think? I don't remember because I haven't maxed in a while..
Parallel Squat: Like 315
Trap Deadlift: 300
Power Clean: 145
(Then shit like towel bench & box squat but I don't remember my maxes on those)

But each day we have to do like say one day we will do reps for Bench Press & Power clean and then stuff like curls, lat pulldowns, tricep dips, flies, etc. And it will change each day and like different numbers of reps each week.

When I was in football we did the same thing. We still do similar stuff for lacrosse.
 
Wow i have been researching a drug called Dianabol... It's an anabolic and has a lot of the same effects

The man who trained Bruce Lee died on 2 December 1972, from throat cancer.
 
I wish this was a few months ago while lacrosse was in season, or it was in a few months so lacrosse would be just ending. In the off season I always gain some weight because I don't do any workouts or running.

Either way, you used to workout so chances are you're still in better shape than most members. Submit a pic.
