Honestly you just have to stick with it. and just motivate yourself and tell yourself you want to lose weight lift weights, run annd i dont have a camera or id post my sexy bodd :L

Don't work out. Instead, take up a sport. The time goes faster and if you find one that interests you enough, you'll stick with it without realizing. Worked for me.

Do this. Also, I am 5'9 ish and around the same weight.. thats not all that heavy.
