Private servers are WAY better than the actual game, specially because they're communities. Not like Runescape, where you are just another player.

Obviously, this doesn't happen in HUGE servers, but this is a small one, starting out again.

I can't remember what it was based on. It used to be PI but then it was changed. It has tons of custom features though.

I'm sorry about the staff spot, but we have like 2-3 online (sadly, but its temporal), and I believe staff outnumbers regular players at the moment. You could join, and earn your way to staff. The fastest way is referring, so there's enough people for another member of the staff to be needed.
