There should be 13+ worlds, i like to play with mature people and most 13 and younger kids do not have enough maturity for me to play with because their sence of humor is just annoying for me. Yet the worlds of like 18+ people would only consists of hard core gamers whih is also good in my opinoin

Personally, I believe now that Runescape is suitable for 13+ to play. I did not however agree with this statement in the past because of a lot of scams, taunting and cyber bullying. That has been changed when Jagex implemented a chat filter which allowed mature users to turn it off and those under a certain age to be made turned on, Also by default it will always be filtered making Runescape a much safer environment for the younger players and the older veterans also.
Runescape has a lot of user friendly guides throughout it's forums and ingame N.P.C's which make the game easy to pick up and the prospect of farming,woodcutting,fishing was originally designed for a young audience as they are 'exciting' (quoted by Mod Mark on a 2005 interview). The game even has themed worlds and a map to help those who get lost and the extensive tutorial now has a 'safe area' to guide players.
The introduction of a 'sling' has made Ranged an easier skill to train at lower levels and with the fullscrean feature the game has become more appealing making it as if the player is there woodcutting or fishing.
To conclude I strongly believe that anyone over the age of 13 can easily pick up the game and learn it fairly quick without the 'trolling' that was once here.
