You can link a YouTube with a hotmail account and upload videos and have your own YouTube name. I am currently doing that with 2 YouTube channels that I own.

I would have to say Sponsor and do it through hotmail.

I think it should 100 posts minimum, because you can get 10 or 20 in an hour max.

Is there any way to make it sync with whatever your username is?

Rephrase: Make it sync with your CURRENT username. If you're gonna be reppin runegear, you wouldnt want someone taking your name.
