I can understand that you want quick cash as you plan to leave, but it's these cheap sales threads that are actually a large contributing factor to the decline in group value.
This is a steal though, and I wish you the best of luck selling it.

Ah yes.. I can see that effecting the value of groups. Right now though it is currently only me and Maniac that are selling our groups for dirt cheep. I don't understand why that should effect the value. These are suppose to be like 1 time offers.. but I guess I must be missing the fact that it somehow does effect the value.

That would definitely increase their value, but I wouldn't say that it is the only approach to fix the situation.

It's definitely a start though. Philly should be buying groups as they pop up in the market, and then simply deleting them.
