It's pretty obvious that it's Vans, even if it isn't. It's just sketchy seeing Vans Owned @Froze and the day he get's banned someone new try's to sell it. Be sure to use a middle man before dealing guys.
 
Most likely it's Vans' friend here attempting to help him scam. Don't buy this, it'll most likely be taken back.

Because I know this isn't Vans', but this does seem very sketchy seeing his main plans were to go on a scamming spree.
