What would be the most successful plan? Calling or Chatting?

You're fine. I've used my same address plenty of times, occasionally changing name but CC stays the same for majority of the time. I've chatted for 100% of my refunds with no issues. I change up accounts though. And my emails usually get closed cuz Amazon hasn't liked me ever since I SE'd them for Kindles back in the day

If its by a random seller and not fulfileld by amazon, you can still get your money back but it is a little more difficult because you have to contact the seller, but if you stick the story of not getting it amazon will refund you within 3 days.

Yeah you'll be fine, I've done multiple refunds and had 3 accounts closed already. That's all that's going to happen, or you might end up being blacklisted. No big deal though, just register on a new IP and ship to a different address.

but like the thing is I dont want my home address to be not able to receive Amazon package anymore. is that possible?
