Legalizing marijuana would jeopadized the community's situation. It's like OTC drugs, people will over use it for their own gain and eventually become addicted. I oppose to the idea of having marijuana legalized. I has negative side effects on anyone who'll sniff it. Anyone can say everything about the positive effects of it if they may consider it positive, but I am aware only of the ill effects it brings the youth, and even the adults. So to prevent further damage to anyone, I think it would be best never to have it legalized.

Here in the United States (and most other countries) marijuana is illegal. Do you think the drug should be legal? I personally think yes, there's very few bad things about it and a million great things.

I will say "No", marijuana should not be legalized. It is an addicting leaves and I knew some people that their life were messed up because of marijuana. It should be avoided and be embraced. I am not sure how dangerous is it but it can be addicted as well and the users of marijuana are always had a red eyes.
I think marijuana should be legalized for the sake of medical benefits only. It should be a regulated drug, like for example, a doctor can prescribe this drug if he has the license to dispense regulated drug ( the license to prescribe a regulated drug is different from a license that the doctor is allowed to practice medicine). If a doctor does not have this license then, marijuana cannot be circulated and used for different purposes. But then again those doctors which have access to this drug can be a potential abuser, so it's really up to the person's discretion with regards to the use of this.
Any thing that is not good for the human health, and is necessarily taken as an addict, should be illegal, whether it is cigarette, cocaine, alcohol, and so on. Such things not only become hazardous for the health, but also cause financial problems, resulting in destruction to the families and people's lives. I think there should be strict laws of punishment etc, for those who are doing drugs.
No, I am not for it, it should be banned and stay illegal. Think of the children who can easily get access to it, what will happen? Marijuana is a restricted drugs and it should always be like this until someone will prove that it has more benefits to give than harm.
I don't think so. Marijuana is a drug that can be abused and has a bad effect in the body. It may give the user a certain high but too much of this will deteriorate the body and could be the cause of unknown diseases.
The best way is Marijuana should be available in pharmacy. I think there should be a tick or something like licence for it to use. If someone abuse it than their licence must be suspended.

So only in medical reasons it should be used not for smoking for fun...If it would be legalized it would be many excidents that could end up with dead people i.e. high man drives car, he stone and hits 3-4 people...not cool...so in my opinion...it should be illegal
Marijuana should be legal by the use of Medical professionals only. Since they know what Marijuana does and what are the side effects of this herb. Only the circumstance of legalization is the utility of medical professionals only not to the general public.
