The only problem with that is that we are not connected with any other sites nor do we have a constitution or universal laws placed upon us by a higher power or government like the states do. I think the better analogy would be, "If you are a citizen of two countries, and you murder someone in one of them, and then move back to the other."JohnnyG said:This is one of the stupidest rules on FK (IMO).
@Michael what is your opinion? I think that scammers are scammers. Why should it matter where you scam? If you murder someone in one state, you're still guilty in the next state lol. Scamming is scamming . Simple as that.

And the you can also say, if the deal is not affiliated or on FK, why should action be taken against the user on FK? It is extremely easy to make a deal on-site and just takes a few seconds to send one PM to do so. So if you are incapable of being able to create a private message, I don't think you should be here in the first place lol.

Its not rocket science deal in PMs and case is solved.

On topic: So you guys are fine with scammers using this loophole to scam. As long as they get the new member to trade offsite/not request a PM, they can get away with it? Then there are these kids saying scamming some random kid you don't know for MSP is fine. No, not really. You're still stealing. I guess we'll have to rename this site "Scam Korner." =/
Nobody gives a fuck about grammer on a website. Unless im getting paid for it idgaf about how my grammer is.JohnnyG said:The average FK user is fucking stupid. I love when people call other users stupid and in that comment, they have grammatical errors.

Who is to say that anyone will or won't scam? No one. So as long as they don't scam in the community I am apart of, then I don't care.JohnnyG said:@"GrƷƷd"
Is there not a universal law? I'm pretty sure stealing is wrong nearly everywhere you go. I don't understand why it should matter if the deal has anything to do with FK or not. Do you want this community filled with people that scam offsite? Scammers are scammers and if someone is willing to scam someone from another community, who says they won't scam someone in this community.

And @"Michael", how would we even no if someone scammed a random on Xbox?
And people are making a huge deal out of an extremely solvable issue. All you must do is take five seconds to send a single PM. I don't understand why this concept of sending just one PM to make a deal on-site is so hard for so many people to grasp.
