Having a child after 2-3 years after marriage is I think a rightful decision for every couple. And like OP said, couples should take some time together alone and should enjoy it while they can coz as the child comes, obligations will rise and having fun won't be as easy as before.

I must agree with you that the couple must enjoy each other on the first year of their marriage. They should not have a child yet. It is good to spend some quality time with each other. A couple will not be able to endure all these enjoying things when a child will come their way.

Well, it will all depend on the couple. If they are already and they want to have a child, they can do so. If they feel they are not yet ready, they can also do so. The most important thing is to be ready and responsible when a child comes.

It is actually depend on the couple. If they are still young they can spend more time together for their first months but if his wife a kinda old it would be better that they will have a child already.
