Would this be your first time purchasing? The question you asked was a bit absurd.

If you're not aware, these are just accounts to make your stats look good. The accounts won't be active or fav your tweets and such.

If I understood your question wrong, my apologies.
 
@old you are about 50% wrong. Half of the accounts of each order is active and logged onto regularly and the other half isnt. Hints why you may loose some followers. They may or may not be active in your feed but they COULD be.
