Yes, lr has been hacked. The owner is also facing many charges.

Yeah, the domain only got hacked.

But its most likely that they won't be bringing the site back up.

If the domains comes back, the owners of LR should have a back-up of the site and they'll restore EVERYTHING.

But no-one can assure you the site will come back up.
