Thread was made because OP is mad about his ban.
But I agree, a section where temp banned members can protest and a poll will take place for the community to decide if he should be banned or unbanned.

Should only have permission for staff to post/user that is banned.
Or only permissions to view thread, etc.

Going to assume he meant that people that have their say within the appeal are not given 100% of evidence and it will be a biased decision if they're friends.

Just my assumption of what I thought he meant.
