Yes sir, definitely worth getting.

I watched a few YouTubers play the game, watching a few of PewDiePiew's episodes on the game, and thought it wouldn't be a game I'd play, but a game I could only watch.

When I got my PC, I thought I'd try it. The game is actually really fun and it's extremely funny. Could get a little disturbing at times, but it's an extremely fun game.
