Staff election? (Community)

We don't need elections. Philly can choose who he wants for himself. If you really want, I would say you should suggest it personally to him. We don't allow ___4Staff Sigs, or threads, so I don't see why this would be allowed either.

If we could chose mods then everyone would chose the mods that let people off the hook a lot so they don't get banned lol.

Another great point, but if the community saw someone which would take you of the hook, an admin would see it, good thinking there, Plasma.
 
I feel like the community would just be biased. It may only be me.
 
Agreed with Brenton, they'd vote for someone with loads of rep, when actually that person could just be doing rep4rep, it's all about the quality in posts, people who take time in posting, instead of just vouching they could write a little small paragraph showing how the person selling/buying is legit, would be a great touch and people would go for that person, community would be biased, have too agree on that, but have you realized, since you got moderator, you quality in posts has just risen? You've got the priority, you're Brenton in the forum team, keep it up.
