We volunteer for this, and it's is certainly not easy. I love doing what I do, and I'm sure the others can agree. We do get rewarded on a monthly basis which is nice, but even if we were paid, I wouldn't take the money.

As @"Gr33d" said, it would hinder our growth and development. We got some sick things coming for you guys.
