Seriously, this thread is sort of sparked off by @"gucci"'s thread that he was banned for. FK is just getting more and more strict, and the staff is getting worse as time goes on.

We went from having scammers, corrupt, and just ignorant people on staff to power hungry people. @philly you seriously need to do something about this.

• Like the upgrades, if someone wants to fucking pay more than it's worth let them, it's none of your concern.

• As for vouch copies, staff doesn't deserve them anymore then a member that joined yesterday. I know most of the stupid shit staff does offsite, and I've met more trustworthy people that had neg rep.

• The post boosting in private subforums, if it is a paid section of FK and you don't own it then you have no fucking say what goes on there. It's none of your business what they do in their own section of the site. If you didn't pay for it then leave them alone.

• The word filters, seriously. Get the fuck over yourselves, when I say faggot and it appears as a goddamn rainbow it's common sense. And all terms as negro, that's fucking stupid. It's not like we are yelling white power and hanging people. We are simply talking to friends. Get rid of all that, someone takes offense to it yet I bet they say it as well.

• Choosing staff, I believe the FK community should be able to choose who becomes staff. Because most just abuse power and neglect their actual duties. I rarely see any staff member do their job well or help people.

• People's suggestions, I see some pretty damn good ones constatnly , but they never get implemented because 1 or 2 staff doesn't like it. Yet the whole damn site does. Then I see shit implemented that wasn't even told to us.

I agree with what @malwhere stated as well.

For example, some Pardon Requests will be denied, just because 2 staff members don't give their vote, even though the entire community (or most of it), want the person to come back.

Now, when I say this, do note, I know it's not my place to say so, but as far as I'm concerned, a "staff member" is there to help moderate the community, not to get to choose everything and control the entire forum.

6. Staff's opinion on knew pulgins should be held higher than that of a regular member's. However, staff normally doesn't even have a say in plugins implemented. It's all @"Philly"'s opinion that matters on whether or not it is implemented.
7. All staff view the pardon. If they don't vote, it's always a no. You can ask any staff member and they will tell you the same.

I don't really agree with it. The reason is because I don't want to be scammed just because I staff didn't vouch it. The staff should get one, but to use the method they would have to pay.

Just from reading archived threads, SEVERAL previous staff members have been caught scamming. I'm not trusting you just because your name is purple. I trust those who have many vouches from the majority of the community.

We shouldn't be able to CHOOSE directly who we want as a staff member, but we should be able to have a say. Philly is the ultimate decision maker.

Also, I wasn't saying that some of the staff don't view the pardon. I was trying to get at that the COMMUNITY should be able to choose who comes back.
