Why do people use this site? To sell social mediums.

Add a post or online time restriction to the sub forums / marketplace and have users make 100 posts to be granted access to the sub forums. Post boosting will result in warnings and posts and IP's can be moderated easily.

Or just be like HF and make them purchase an upgrade to post threads within the sub forum.

Pretty much the best suggestion here.

Agony your suggestion wouldn't really work, how would Philly or other admins determine if a user is a multi-accounter or not? Anyone can just change their IP or go on a VPN.
 
Hf doesnt allow vpns or proxies? idk i dont use that site but an idea

I think that'd be a sure way to effectively kill FK. Not everyone would want to hand over their personal information just to be a part of the forum.

I could understand if maybe the marketplace sections were limited to verified people, but not the whole forum.
