The notion should be, scammed on one site, there is always a chance that person could just say "fuck you" and scam some people and leave like we've seen before on the one he cares about or whatever you want to say. That would be true especially from someone of your stature and that's said with no offense intended.

Well, I'm not necessarily referring to you... just in general you know. Obviously our stance won't change on the punishment of scams "off-site" which can mean on any instant messaging system also, because nothing really can be done and I agree with that, but our mindset on them has to alter.
