Tenure gone?

My Gold ran out today, so I added a fresh 3 month with my Paypal linked to my account. I had a legit 3 year tenure, I created my account back in 2009.

I added Gold, and it's been about 10 mins and the 3 year tenure is gone. Should I call them and would they be able to add it back?

Oh and for some reason it says I still have a silver membership when I go to my profile, but for others it shows me as Gold with no tenure? wtf is this?
 
Wow that fucking sucks dick usually it takes like 6 months inactive or somewhere around there..
 
Yeah I agree with Slacker! Give them a call and see what they can do. That sucks though.
 
Mod the tenure back, since you've actually had the account that long, you won't get reset.

I does that at times. It's a unprofessional glitch.
 
No Kyle I'm not modding it. I had it legit 3 years so it should just be added back. I shouldn't have to do all of that.
 
yo that happens just wait till tomorrow or recover our account
 
I just them. I was told it should refresh within 24 hours. Hopefully it gets added back! :)

The agent told me to do that, I did. Still no tenure. Easy fix eh?
 
If tenure is legit it should work your best bet just wait 24 hrs buds good luck!
 
Yeah tenure is legit, and yup she told me to just wait 24 hours. Hopefully it will be back by then!

Modding the tenure back will probably get you banned.

Cole just call microsoft and tell them whats up.
 
Hey Cole, it happens all the time with gold, you wait at least 2 days for your tenure to return. Problem solved.

It sometimes does that don't worry it will come back.
