Congratz to everyone on this achievment...
Although I do not like it that much this can be a way to improve both communities.
Its not because I lost my staff position... It's just cuz it was a way too big change.
But we will grow thats for sure

It is a change but it's a great chance to build an awesome community in my opinion. It's already working out great! Tons of posts, new members and new content. Anyone can earn Staff at any point as well remember.

True, anyone who dedicated enough and show himself worth it, he will get it by a chance. People who only want to be in Staff to show off or have a higher rank than others are in the wrong place if they want to be in the Staff team.
@On-topic, I really like the new activity on this forum, and I'm really happy that Crayo decided to do that.
