To be honest, they are horrid.

The userbars are not ugly to me.
But I do think a redesign to fit the forums "current" theme would be great.

They don't fit in, they are complete black and the theme is gray, so no they do not fit in.

Also, they are ugly.

I like the current ones better. Your design is too simple.

I think it'd be cool for some new userbars but the one you made is too similar to the ones on h.rs

I guess they are, but they were first made on Rule-12. that's where them 'ranks' started.
I will try something different.

Well, i mean i like them. They look clean. There is just something about them that seems rather weird. o.o

Not ugly to me either, I like them actually. But new ones that are better I wouldn't mind but the one you suggested no.

'Too plain' that seems to be the main thing here.

So if i added a huge render onto it, then would it stop being 'too simple'?

i actually think Nehkz has a point.. The current ones arnt ugly but it would be Nice to see a more "Theme Orientated" userbar..

The current userbars look "fat" to me.
The one you made is too plain.
I'm not going to suggest having a "contest" for this because then everyone would flip ape shit for it, but there should be something done about these crappy userbars.

Yeah exactly.

But i still don't get what people mean by 'too plain' it makes no sense, the current ones are just fucking black, what is more 'plain' than that?

There are gradients and drop shadows used, but they don't fit imo.
They should have been a solid/slight gradient onto a black userbar with crisper text.
