I like the userbars but the thing is, they are a bit too professional.
 
They are ugly! Especially the font, and if the OP made a better one in 5 minutes, then what does that say?

I don't think the current ones look that bad, they go well with avatars and signatures.

Also your one is a little small and just.. Regular.
 
Joel you have to remember, im sure he can do a Much better one with time, and the motivation of getting payed in GP
