I believe it should just be gotten rid of completely, 90% of the time it doesn't matter.

If the member is very reputable nothing is ever done and never will be even onsite.
If the member is new or not known 99% of the time they are banned for even offsite proof.
Scammers are left alone to run freely on the site and continue. Look at all the shit with Grace, supposedly "Hacked" scammed then only a few hours later he is allowed back with no consequences.

I am not saying it didn't happen but come on, that's giving everyone a free ticket to do whatever the fuck they want on a VPN, 4G, or at a friend's house. This is just insane and to me stupid as fuck.

Either start giving everyone the same penalty, onsite or offsite, known or not, or just get rid of it completely.
I'm sure a lot of people has thought of this but never spoken up, I got tired of all the shit and decided to. The Scammers Bay is just worthless if it is going to be bias and only cater to the more know people here.

If there is 100% legitimate, non-controversial proof and it is not offsite then I assure you that I could care less how reputable the user is. And as to users claiming they are hacked, I think they should possibly have to show evidence of why they were too busy and didn't report their account as hacked before the scam took place, if that's possible.

And as to users claiming they are hacked, I think they should possibly have to show evidence of why they were too busy and didn't report their account as hacked before the scam took place, if that's possible.

I have talked to you quite a bit and I know that you see this the same way. But offsite proof should be enough to result in a ban, if there is proof it is their aim/skype action should be taken.

And as for the "hacking" anyone can simply use a VPN, 4G, or a friend's connection. And if they didn't realize it was hacked almost instantly then they sure as hell wouldn't the same day as a scam.

I believe that should be changed, it would help the site dramatically. I could go make a thread right now say I'm going to start a scamming spree on aim.

Yeah, but I see where Philly's coming from, why should a random scam off-site count when people could easily just send one PM or make on thread/post to make it offsite. If they want there to be action taken, on-site, then they should deal, on-site.

Because like me most people find offsite easier and more fluid, if there is proof that it is their aim/skype then action should be taken. They still scammed someone offiste, for an onsite deal. I can see where he comes from but that doesn't make it right.

On topic, you do judge most fairly. However if you read the entire thread correctly you would notice that it is mainly about how bias cases are on popularity of one member. You can tell me that none of your decisions are bias but I know better than to think that. And you don't ban at all for offsite so why the fuck should onsite matter?

So you are pretty much telling me and everyone else, I can go scam everyone person on FK offsite. And not a damn thing will be done? That reflects poorly on FK and will make less people want to come here, I can contributed quite a bit to the site and I actually am planning on leaving just because of ignorance like "off site" "on site" the Scammers Bay has been blowing up the past few months and not a damn thing has been done because of reputation and off site. I believe this is an issue that needs to be fixed.

You can disagree, close my thread, delete my posts, or whatever you want. My views will always be the same and I will continue to post them.
